Raymond Loewy is regarded in the USA as the founding father of the designer profession and as pioneer of American industrial design. His wide range of projects includes the design of locomotives, automobiles, corporate logos, warehouses, petrol stations and everyday objetcs.
Loewy and his partners worked for Rosenthal from 1952 until 1961. During this period the shapes »E« and Form »2000« were developed.
