HUTSCHENREUTHER

„Ann Marie“

Imaginative and cheerful, yet both modern and contemporary: Hutschenreuther presents a modern romantic look with the new “Ann Marie” service concept. Curving lines on plates and bowls are reminiscent of traditional values, the combination with modern elements such as straight lines and broad rims gives the service a distinct momentum and forms an elegant link between the traditional and the modern.
A diverse colour and décor concept provides ample opportunity for imaginative and individual arrangements: The three fundamental colours of grey, lavender and beige harmonise wonderfully both with each other as well as with the basic white form, but can also be used as distinct tabletop decorations too. In their magnificent splendour, the hydrangea flowers adorn the porcelain like a fragrant orb, single flowers and little leaves float gently in the summer breeze across the plates and cups. The form’s soft, curving lines melt in with the delicate décor contours, the mix of plain and floral porcelain conjures up fairytale-like scenes on the set table.

Gifts in white

Porcelain gift articles by Hutschenreuther embody both style and good taste. Their beautiful aesthetic forms always create interesting focal points. The basic vase collection has now been complemented by a range of new gift ideas. Vases, bowls and jars in different sizes and shapes leave nothing undesired.
Be it large or small, wide or narrow, classical or modern. The pure white forms enable almost unlimited scope for decoration and arrangements.

Anniversairy:

80 years of the

Hutschenreuther

Blue Onion design

The “Blue Onion” pattern was first produced by Hutschenreuther 80 years ago. To mark this anniversary Hutschenreuther has revived some traditional articles from its archives as limited editions. A biscuit tin, a candlestick, a leaf-shaped dish, a laced porcelain basket and also a lion’s head terrine.
The white service form originates from the Meissner porcelain factory C. Teichert and dates back to a design from 1728. In 1926 Lorenz Hutschenreuther acquired the rights to this form and launched it to the market as “Maria Theresia”. Hutschenreuther also acquired the well-known “Blue Onion” décor from C. Teichert which has been produced by Hutschenreuther now since 1930.
The fine workmanship applied is a distinguishing characteristic of the “Hutschenreuther Blue Onion” décor, which meets the demands of a modern household and is, of course, dishwasher-proof and suitable for use in a microwave. This tradition has been continued to the current day, the Baroque “Blue Onion” décor is still the most successful and comprehensive range under the Hutschenreuther brand and is still appreciated by new and old enthusiasts alike for so many tabletop settings.

Hutschenreuther Highlights

Zur Rosenthal Trendshow
Shalimar – colourful flower motifs that adorn the porcelain like airy watercolours. The pattern is reminiscent of the unique Shalimar Garden that draws visitors under its spell with its flowers, fruit trees and water features. Flowers with that Asiatic touch, in orange, red and aubergine impart pure joie de vivre. The fascination of summer is unmistakable.
