I have inherited dinnerware. Where can I sell / complete this ?
Current series can be bought at an authorized dealer close to you. If the series is out of collection you might try to get supplements or sell the dinnerware through specialised dealers such as Replacements ltd. (call 1-800-replace).

My "antique" dinnerware / figure / wall plate / object has been destroyed / stolen. Where can I get a declaration of value for the insurance company ?
Rosenthal is not allowed to quote values for own products as a manufacturer. Please contact the American Society of Appraisers (see address above) or find an expert through the internet / classified national directory.

Is my dinnerware dishwasher safe/ microwave safe?
Most Rosenthal dinnerware is dishwasher safe and microwave safe. For dinnerware with gold trim (or any precious metal) or high-quality colors we recommend hand care. For detailed information about your dinnerware, please send an e-mail to info@rosenthalchina.com, REFERING THE PATTERN NAME OR SENDING A PICTURE OF YOUR DINNERWARE.

Is Hutschenreuther associated with Rosenthal China??
Hutschenreuther is a brand of Rosenthal since 2000.

Since we do not have archives in the United States, it is very hard for us to identify old patterns. In order to try to identify a pattern, we need pictures of the dinnerware or a name (which is sometimes in the bottom of the dinnerware). We do not have any reference for numbers.
